Athletes Of The Week (April 10-14)

As the first week of the 2017 Rocori baseball season comes to a close, we take a look at the Athletes of the Week for the week of April 10-14.

1. Jordan Barth.

The senior shortstop concluded the first week of the season 3-for-7 with three singles, two RBI and two runs scored. Barth also had two steals during the week. Barth's week was highlighted by his performance against St. Cloud Tech in the season opener, where he went 2-for-4 with one run scored and one stolen base.

2. William Huls.

The senior pitcher/outfielder finished the first week of his senior season going 3-for-7 with three singles, three runs scored and three stolen bases. Huls' week was highlighted by his game against St. Cloud Apollo on April 13, where he went 2-for-4 with three runs scored and three steals.

3. Brandon Gill.

The junior pitcher/outfielder helped Rocori secure its first win of the season, pitching 2 1/3 innings in relief against St. Cloud Apollo on April 13. During his time on the mound, Gill held Apollo without a hit, while giving up one run, two walks and striking out four.
